Sunmuk AI is an internal organizational web platform designed to accelerate scientific research by providing two key modules: the Protein Interaction Explorer and the Chemical Reaction Predictor. The Protein Interaction Explorer generates interactive interactome maps for input genes (e.g., TP53, EGFR). The Chemical Reaction Predictor calculates retrosynthesis routes by taking target molecule SMILES notations and predicting the synthesis pathways. Built the backend APIs for the retrosynthesis engine using FastAPI, integrated database caching with PostgreSQL, and deployed the entire stack (frontend, backend, database, and model releases) onto Railway.app.
